Step 1 - Share a few details
Complete the Check Tutor Availability form so I can understand your child’s needs and discover which tutor would be the right fit.
If you are unsure about anything, you are always welcome to email me directly.
Step 2 - Confirm the match
Once I have reviewed the form, I will be in touch to suggest a match, confirm tutor availability and outline the next steps.
Step 3 - Set up simple weekly payments
After the match is confirmed, you will receive a secure Stripe link. Payments are collected each week automatically, so everything stays simple.
Step 4 - Access your parent and student portal
Once everything is in place, you will be invited to log in to our portal, where students and parents can view upcoming lessons, make changes, message their tutor, submit homework, and access our free resources such as keyword lists, note‑taking templates and revision timetable templates.
